There is an equal balance of fat in between the pork and the crispy skin.
The pork is really delicious because it is crispy and salty, and fat in the middle is chewy.
It reminds me of pork scratchings and with the chicken oil flavoured rice it was delicious.
Sometimes the pork can be dry, but it depends on if you are lucky or not.
