Curry sauce with egg and luncheon meat

Fried egg and spam with curry sauce:

 

 

Last time I had the pork chop which was a bit dry, so this time I had the fried egg and luncheon meat.
I love simple luncheon meat and fried egg.
Anyway the curry sauce was really light and not spicy at all, so it acted like a gravy and did not over power the yummy runny yolk in the fried egg.
