Japanese Prawn cutlet and rice @ CEO

I usually go for their buffets but this time went during the day.

 

I chose the rice bowl and the others chose other choices which I did not take photos of.

Deep fried cutlet prawns, short rib beef and rice:
The cutlet coating was nice and crispy however it was slightly too thick.
The beef had a really strong charred taste and the seaweed on top was quite sweet.
